The passport is entered in the EU registry, and customs check that it exists before releasing an imported detergent. From 23 September 2029 a model without a passport cannot be placed on the EU market.

The ingredients, the dosage, the hazard classification and the safety data sheet are already data you keep for every model. From 23 September 2029 they have to reach the market as a digital product passport, in the language of every country where you sell. WIARA maintains a working field structure for detergents so you are ready when the implementing act is adopted. If you make laundry or cleaning products, start from what you already have.
