Stefan Diankov is the founder and General Manager of WIARA, with over 18 years of global experience building software systems that survive real-world chaos across Europe, the US and Asia. Guided by the philosophy that technology only matters if it moves business forward, Stefan focuses on clean systems, practical automation and long-term solutions. Today, from Bulgaria, WIARA is making its biggest bet with an innovative Digital Product Passport (DPP) platform, turning EU regulations into a powerful tool for industrial transparency and sustainability. His vision is to build an environment for top talent that creates smarter, more agile companies — where technology amplifies human potential instead of replacing it.
Chief Operating Officer
Kiril Shivachev
Kiril is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of WIARA, with over 14 years of experience in the IT sector, specialised in systems engineering, cloud technologies and infrastructure automation. Before stepping into operational leadership, he proved himself as a DevOps engineer, managing AWS, Terraform and CI/CD processes to build secure and scalable architectures. Today Kiril combines this deep technical foundation with strategic management to drive WIARA toward sustainable growth. His focus is on deploying innovative DevOps practices, building high-performing teams and developing long-term partnerships founded on absolute reliability and innovation.

Anita Kisimova-Dzakova
Anita is a Technical Associate at WIARA with over 5 years of experience in the IT sector, gained in a variety of operational roles across the industry. Before joining the team she built hands-on expertise in technical support and process optimisation, moving through different segments of IT operations. Today Anita combines that operational foundation with active involvement in WIARA's projects, taking ownership of key aspects of the technical infrastructure and support. Her focus is on rolling out innovations, optimising workflows and building a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement that underpins an effective and resilient team.
