The world is changing and people increasingly use AI to search for information. Our passports are designed so that not only people, but also computers and smart search engines can "understand" them immediately. This makes your products easier to discover online.

Full ESPR Compliance Through Three-Tier Access

Control who sees what information according to EU requirements.

Public level — Basic product information for end customers and consumers.

Professional level — Detailed instructions and technical data for service centers, importers, and recycling facilities.

Authority level — Full access to certificates and test reports for customs authorities and market surveillance via eIDAS authentication.

Built on the European DPP standards

The six CEN-CENELEC standards — cited in the EU Official Journal on 15 July 2026 — define exactly how a DPP works. The platform is built to them: GS1 identifiers, QR/NFC carriers, REST APIs, JSON-LD, and retention for the product’s full lifecycle plus ten years.

Secure data movement (EN 18216 + EN 18222 + EN 18223) — From API to integration with the EU Registry and industrial data spaces, every channel your data travels through is protected and predictable.

Identification and physical carriers (EN 18219 + EN 18220) — A unique identifier for every product, compatible with GS1, plus QR/RFID/NFC carriers that every scanner in Europe reads correctly the first time.

Long-term storage — Your product data is kept for its entire lifecycle plus ten years — in a way auditors accept without follow-up questions.

The platform is built to the six CEN-CENELEC standards cited in the Official Journal in July 2026 — the technical foundation every European auditor and partner will expect.

Standards & interoperability

WIARA's platform is built on the open standards of the DPP ecosystem — the EU registry, GS1 Digital Link, GTIN, REST API, CIRPASS-2 and role-based access with eIDAS.

See technical standards & interoperability

The platform is API-first

Everything you see in the interface goes through the same programmatic interface you are given — over a hundred operations documented to OpenAPI 3.0.3, plus a public GS1 Digital Link resolver conforming to ISO/IEC 18975. Connecting your ERP, PIM or PLM is therefore not a project beside the platform; it is how the platform works.

How it works in practice

Questions about the platform

No. You can start in the browser: pick the template for your product group, fill in the fields, publish. ERP and PIM integration is included on every plan, including the free one, and you can add it later. Everything the interface does goes through the same REST API you are given — over a hundred operations documented to OpenAPI 3.0.3 — so connecting your systems is not a second project.

No. You enter the product data once and the passport is published in all 24 official EU languages, generated from that single source. No translation agency, no separate file per country.

Three access tiers, as the ESPR requires. Public: what a consumer needs. Professional: technical data, instructions and detail for service centres, importers and recyclers. Authority: certificates and test reports for customs and market surveillance, behind eIDAS authentication. You decide what sits at which level; commercially sensitive data does not become public because a passport exists.

Honestly: partly. The EU central registry has been operational since 20 July 2026 under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1778. We work in the beta environment and the production connection is being built — registering a passport there also requires a qualified electronic seal. The identifiers and QR codes we issue already follow GS1 Digital Link, so nothing you print now changes when the connection goes live.
