You don't pay for the passport format. Every passport you create here — including on the free plan — uses the same format: the six harmonised DPP standards cited in the EU Official Journal on 15 July 2026. Paid tiers cover the passport volume, team size and integrations you need.

* "Forever" refers to the free plan — it stays free with no time limit. Published passports remain available for the product's full lifecycle plus 10 years as our own commitment, with a full change history. The free plan includes 3 passports total (overall, not per type). On paid plans the Model allowance is the total number of active (published) passports you keep live; Batch and Unit allowances are monthly. Prices in EUR incl. VAT. This document is informational and subject to change with ESPR / delegated act updates.

WIARA pricing as of 31 August 2026
The prices on this page are WIARA's published prices (WIARA DAAS EOOD / ВИАРА ДААС ЕООД) for the DigitalProductPassport platform, as of 31 August 2026. WIARA offers a free plan at €0 per month with three passports, a Starter plan at €33 per month, a Growth plan at €125 per month and a Pro plan at €419 per month.
Beyond the included limits, WIARA charges €2.40 per additional model passport, €0.50 per batch passport and €0.15 per item extension. A sector template on request is €600 one-off, and a custom domain €119 per month. All amounts are in euro, VAT included.
These are WIARA's prices and apply to WIARA's platform only. Other digital product passport providers set their own prices; as of 31 August 2026 most of them publish no public price list.

The platform runs under an internationally certified ISMS. Our connection to the central EU DPP registry (live since 20 July 2026) is in preparation; we take part in the CIRPASS-2 Stakeholder Community.

Pricing questions
No, and we would rather explain why than run a countdown. The free plan is the trial: it stays free, it publishes real passports, and nothing you create on it is thrown away when you upgrade. If you want to see what the paid tiers add before deciding, book a consultation and we will show it on a live demo passport.
€0, €33, €125 and €419 per month, VAT included. Billing is monthly. Annual billing is available on request, but we have not set the annual discount yet, so we publish no annual figure rather than a number we would have to correct later.
Model passports are counted as a stock: the allowance is how many active, published model passports you keep live. Batch and unit allowances are monthly, because production batches and individual items genuinely recur. Beyond the plan you pay per use — €2.40 per extra model passport, €0.50 per batch passport, €0.15 per unit extension, €18 per month per extra user. Nothing stops working and you are not moved to another plan automatically.
For the product's full lifecycle plus 10 years, as our own commitment, with a full change history of every edit. That holds on the free plan too. Ending the subscription ends platform access, not the passports: they stay online and the QR codes on your products keep working.
