No, and it is worth being precise about why. “No date” means no delegated act has been adopted for that group yet, not that the product sits outside the framework. The ESPR working plan runs to 2030 and adds groups act by act. Treat it as time, not as an exemption.
Map your data and your supply chain. That is the slowest part by a wide margin, because the information a passport needs sits with suppliers rather than in your own systems. Software can wait; the supplier conversations cannot. After that, choose a data carrier and an approach, and pilot with a single product.
