About this calculator
The calculator gives you the deadline and the recommended start of preparation, which are the two dates you can act on. For the ESPR groups the obligation applies no earlier than 18 months after the delegated act enters into force (ESPR Art. 4(4)), and entry into force comes a few months after adoption — so an act expected in late 2027 means compliance around 2029, not in 2027. Construction products follow the CPR, with dates set per product family.

The adoption dates are indicative and the Commission has moved them before, so treat the year as reliable and the quarter as provisional. The minimum 18 months from the act's entry into force is the more stable half of the calculation.
